Castaway is brewed with an ale yeast strain but fermented at lager temperatures to provide you with a pale golden beer that balances bready-sweet malt, floral/spicy hops, and a slightly fruity fermentation character. DIPLODUNKUS DUNKELWEISEN
This prehistoric take on a classic German dark wheat beer has notes of toasted bread and caramel alongside a banana and light clove fermentation profile. | 5.0%
FEST BEAR FESTBIER
Our annual collaboration with our friends at Barrie Haus Beer Co. is a dangerously drinkable pale lager brewed with 100% imported German pilsner and Vienna malts. Festbier is the most popular style served at Munich Oktoberfest. Its malt richness is perfectly balanced with floral Hallertau Mittlefruh hops resulting in a crushable lager that is sure to satisfy. | 6.6%
MAGTOBERFEST MÄRZEN-STYLE LAGER
Traditional German amber lager brewed with 100% German malts and hops. Prost! | ABV: 5.7%
OSKAR THE RAUSCH RAUCHBIER
A classic German Rauchbier brewed with noble hops. Deliciously smokey and toasty, with notes of caramel and dark fruit. It’s a campfire in a glass… But in a good way! (Warning: Do not attempt to drink an actual campfire.) | 5.6%
ROGGEN LIKE IT’S ALT RYE ALTBIER with CARAWAY
A slightly different take on a classic. This Altbier boasts a hefty dose of spicy rye character, toffee, and just a hint of anise from the addition of caraway. | 5.6%
SALTWATER INTRUSION GOSE
Traditional, northern German-style sour wheat ale brewed with coriander and sea salt. Available with optional flavored syrup add-ins. | 4.7%
WAKULA HEFEWEIZEN
Traditional Bavarian-style hefeweizen with a light, wheat malt sweetness, coupled with banana, clove, and vanilla notes. | 5.4%
