This IPA was brewed with an experimental hop variety that exhibits some unique aromatics, including melon, ripe yellow peach, and a subtle note of vanilla-infused oak. Soft bitterness and a little date-like sweetness in the finish. | ABV: 6.7%
Fermented with Kölsch yeast for a super crisp finish. Brewed with Fonio, an african grain, imparting notes of tropical fruit and white grapes, Cascade and Mosaic hops with an Elani dry-hop. This brew is well-balanced, moderately bitter, and fruit-forward with notes of mango, honeydew, and orange zest. | 7.1% ABV.
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Opus coffee using their Colombian ASOPAP co-op boasting notes of berries and honey. This unique IPA was dry hopped with Mosaic and Barbe Rouge. Featuring notes of caramel, honey, berries, and pine. | ABV: 5.7%
Medium-bodied, intense citrus hop flavors, with a burly malt backbone. | ABV: 7.1%
